Yakou Youth Hostel belongs to the Meishan Youth Activity Center. Situated at the 149km section on Southern Cross-Island Highway, Yakou Youth Hostel is 2568 meters high above sea level, just at the foot of DaGuan Mt. Tunnel in Jade Mountain National Park. Yakou Youth Hostel is rated as the highest boarding spot among all hostels under China Youth Corps, and is also the favorite choice for mountaineers. Yakou Youth Hostel accommodates 84 persons with double room, quad room and 8-person room.
